Puff Pastry Purse  baked with brie, prosciutto & sundried tomatoes
Quesadillas with Caramelized Onions & Smoked Gouda

BUFFET DINNER
Chicken Breast with Peppercorn Cognac Sauce
Artichoke & Mushroom Lasagna sauteed mushrooms & artichoke hearts layered with bechamel sauce & parmesan
Market Caesar Salad  with sliced tomatoes & garlic croutons
Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables oven roasted eggplant, zucchini, asparagus, bell pepper, & red onion

We are having a cocktail type reception, so we are having finger food.

Deli Spirals: Tomato/Provolone,  Turkey and Pepper Jack, and Turkey, Bacon and Ranch

Finger Sandwiches: Ham, Turkey and Roast Beef

Cheese and Crackers

Vegetables and Dip

Various Chips with a few dipping choices

Shrimp cocktail

A Kids Finger Sandwich Tray:  ham and cheddar, turkey and American, PB&J, Fluffer Nutter sandwiches

Cookies

Cupcake Tower

Iced Tea, Diet Iced Tea, Punch/Lemonade

Sangria and White Wine for the tables

We’re catering our casual reception with BBQ.  Pulled pork, ribs, roasted chicken, brisket, mac n cheese, baked beans, garlic bread, etc….  Once it gets late we plan to put out a nacho bar and wings for the drinking/dancing crowd.

Cocktail hour- fruit, cheese, veggie trays

Dinner- choice of roast beef with herb potatoes & veggies (gluten free), pasta primavera (vegetarian), or chicken cordon bleu with roasted potatoes and veggies

Dessert- cupcakes!!
