Okay everyone, I do believe catering has been the most stressful part of this wedding process. We are having our wedding on a Sunday at we were thinking 4 o’clock. We decided on 4 o’clock so we would be eating around 5, and that way everyone would be hungry and wanting to eat a full meal.
I am so terribly worried that we are going to pay all of this money for a full meal and no one will eat. My dad’s wife said people will always eat at a wedding, but I haven’t been to many so I’m not too terribly sure.
Someone help! How can we make sure we aren’t wasting money on food for everyone!? Our ceremony time is flexible because the reception and ceremony are in the same area and we get the venue from 10am to 10pm.

I’ve never been to a wedding where people didn’t eat. I know I always eat lol. So if food is provided, people will eat.

Every wedding i’ve ever been to people cannot wait to eat. It is my opinion, and I am fairly certain the norm of the area that I am from that people expect to eat at a wedding. If food is provided I am sure that your guests will want to eat it! Enjoy your day!

We are planning a full meal buffet! So all the food without it being too formal. We found a catering company that makes an amazing pasta dish, would it be okay to have pasta salad and bread?

@feliciaamanda77: If no one’s eating just post it on the hive and we’ll come over and eat all your food, no worries, nom nom

If there is food, people will eat it! Do not worry about that!
