There’s a lot of fish/seafood. I think I would change one of them to beef or chicken, in case someone isn’t a fish fan :).

I love the egg rolls and the macaroni station!  Also, are you putting the mini strawberry shortcakes out with appetizers or when the cake comes out?

I think it all looks yummy! For the toast, I would probably try to give people an option if they want alcohol or not.

I’m not personally a fan of seafood, which most of your menu consists of. Many other people don’t like it as well. Do you know for a fact that every one of your guests loves it? Some people are allergic.

Strawberry shortcakes are considered dessert usually and not everyone will want to eat them before dinner. The sandwich and mac and cheese stations sound good. Will there be the option to have plain mac and cheese if someone doesn’t like the toppings? Most love eggrolls as well but not everyone is adventurours, especially since they have crab, and thus may not touch them. With pork or chicken, they won’t have any issues. The fountain looks interesting. I would have a card of some sort next to the fountain telling what type of cheese it is. Also, it’s not clear from the picture what you will be dippling in it, so be sure to mention that as well.

I’d aim for some veggies or something too. We are also giving people an option between wine and sparkling juice for our toast.

I agree – the shortcakes are more dessert so I prob wouldn’t eat those at a cocktail hour.

It all looks great, but I’m with the others claiming too much seafood. I, for one, like seafood, but I like beef and chicken as well. If it wouldn’t bust the budget or anything, maybe switch the catfish sandwich to a roast beef slider or something. Maybe have some veggies too.

I am, however, IN LOVE with your mac n cheese station. And the cheese fountain.
