So I am stuck with how to decorate for my reception. I was wanting a vintage look but not shabby chic. My bridesmaid’s dresses are black with lace shoulders and my dress has lace on shoulders and full lace back. But I havn’t really found anything that stays within the black and white and some red vintage area. Im not so stuck on the red that can change. Or any ideas that will compliment lace??

Here is some inspiration! I love the idea of using book pages as some form of decoration, seems very vintage to me.

Vintage correctly used, also includes the year e.g Chateau Lafite Rothschild wine Vintage 1931. It is commonly used to mean old, but the era can vary greatly.
When I think of vintage black, white and red, I think of either vintage Hollywood, Art Deco or speakeasy.
I would decide on the era you want to feature, then I think ideas will follow.
You could take inspiration from this post-use the rhinestone buckle as a napkin ring

Thanks so much ladies! Julies1949 yes I need to think of an era. I also Like the tim burton feel. But not to gothic or creepy. I know that’s hard to do but ive seen a couple things so far.

Perhaps you can do some milk glass with black lace here and there? That would incorporate your two colors and the lace of the dresses. I love milk glass in every photo that I see it in. Good luck, happy decorating!
