What about modern twists on classic Thanksgiving-y food? So a roast turkey, some other meat entree, and a sweet potato or butternut squash ravioli/risotto as mains? And then some sort of starch, a green bean, another veg, and maybe a cranberry-flavored dressing our sauce somewhere in there?

You should totally do something pumpkin pie flavored. =P

I like the twist on holiday food..turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry. You have an overall idea of what you want so I wouldn’t worry too much. I think it is good to talk to your caterer and see what they can do and suggest. They might have some awesome ideas for you!
