(Closed) reception only invitation wording??

Maybe something like, "Please join us at a reception to celebrate our wedding.  Cocktails will be served at X o’clock…"

You can also do a more formal invitation if you like – more similar to a wedding invitation.  Something along the lines of:

Mr. and Mrs. Bridesparents request the pleasure of your company at a reception in honor of the marriage of their daughter…

Just make sure that it’s clear that you’re inviting them to the reception, not to the wedding.  Also, if you use the formal wording, the phrase "request the honor of your presence" is pretty much reserved for not just the wedding, but for weddings in a church.  So "request the pleasure of your company" is the appropriate version of the phrase.
