    Our venue included all that you mentioned (food,alcohol,linens) but we also paid 20% in tax and gratuity. We ended up giving out flat tips of $50.~100. to bartenders,wait staff, DJ, photographer and event coordinator.

    Yikes I guess this is a good question – if the venue is charging me 18% gratuity, I was planning to tip anyone on TOP of that.. I assume they were covered in there.

    Yes…we had envelopes ready and handed them out at the end of the night to each one individually.
