Alright bees, I need advice!
Since day one (middle/end of June) of meeting my reception coordinator, I have said my max number of guests is 175 and she has said nothing about a minimum. Then I asked for a contract, and she said they don’t have one. Well, I just received a "contract" that states I understand the policy regarding the minimum requirement and that if my guest list "does not meet the 200 adult dinner guarantee, I understand that I will be charged for the difference in order to meet the minimum". WHAT!?! So if I have 150 guests, I will be charged for an additional 50 entrees? Yeah right!
Any advice as to what I should say to this coordinator when I call her? I am sure she has dealt with brides calling her and asking what this is, and that she has quickfire responses by now. So frustrating!!!
