I’m a bit stressed about the wedding this morning. Our budget is exploding and getting out of control. We are on a pretty tight budget, and the little things are adding up like crazy. We’re at the point where we’re looking to cut expenses
We had originally planned on offering three choices for our served luncheon reception: chicken, fish, or vegetarian. The venue charges an extra $2 per plate for an additional menu choice. I’m thinking about changing the options to chicken or vegetarian only (they don’t charge for a vegetarian option as it’s considered a dietary restriction). Do you think those are enough choices? Chicken or Vegetarian? We’re looking at having 150-180 people, so the savings could be around $400. Not chump change for us at this point…
