I’m looking over an outline on how the wedding party / guests are supposed to exit the ceremony. It says the bride’s parent leave after the wedding party. However, my mom and Dad are divorced and my mom has since remarried. Should I have my Dad walk first and then my mom and step-dad? What about kids? I have little brothers, do they leave with my mom?
Also, It states that that bride and groom exit first. However, we are having our ceremony on the beach and we are going to stay behind to take pictures while our guest have a cocktail hour. Do we just stay where we are?
How are you doing yours?

Usually you do the exit and then go off wherever to do pictures. After the Recessional you WILL be swarmed with guests congratulating you. Then you can go off and do some pictures.
You can have your parents and siblings leave in whichever order you would like!

Bride and groom walk down the aisle, Then mother & new husband, then father, then brothers. Then I suppose his side of the family. You def. want to walk down the aisle – its a must! these photos are the best!!!! I would just walk down the aisle and then find a spot previously that you’ll hang out by until all the guests are gone. Maybe inside if it’s close or somewhere that is separate. You can do your photos while they’re making their way to and during cocktail hr.
