I would take it to a local seamstress. They should be better about responding to you, but I think this also goes with ordering from so far away/ ordering anything online.

Did you measure across the fullest part of your breasts? (Not just underneath)?

Can you contact them through facebook/twitter? Be blunt, the sizing is incorrect and you need them to fix this asap. No company likes being shown up on public media.

Ugh, that sucks. All else fails, a local seamstress can remove the zipper and add fabric. It won’t look perfect, but it’ll work. I had to do this on a prom dress–my grandma just added black satiny fabric (the dress was black with pencil eraser-size polka dots) and then added the zipper back on.

@SusieNor:  OMG that is awful. I would be so pissed off.

Can you post a front pic of the dress so we can brain storm easy fixes?

@SusieNor:  That is quite a bit of extra fabric that will be needed to close that gap.  But you really need to take it to a seamstress because if they have sufficient fabric in the seams it can be fixed.

As the wedding is so close I would not hesitate to try and have it fixed.  Unfortunately it will cost you money (if can be done).  I would say that if you have measured correctly, then they have sent you the wrong size for it to have so much difference.  Looks like about 6cm or about 3″, could be more.

@SusieNor:  Wow. Just, wow. Their treatment of you in this situation – going so far as to block you from posting on FB is absolutely nightmare behavior on their part. I just hope anyone considering FabulousU for their wedding dress see this post in time to reconsider.

Perhaps a local seamstress can do something, maybe add a bit of ribbon to the seam to make it just wide enough to close. I wish you luck of finding a solution in time for the wedding!
