These are so good. I made them last night and DH loves them. I do too. It makes two 8-9 in round pans worth so 16-18 rolls and PLENTY of icing to go along.
I followed the recipe exept for the icing part, I added 1 table spoon of granulated sugar cause I didnt find it sweet enough on its own.

@This Time Round: oooooohhhhhhh Caramel!!!! Trying those next time. DH and I are going to the mountains this weekend with his folks and I think I am going to make another batch but this time cinnamon raisen rolls 🙂

I’ve made those too! I love Smitten Kitchen, I made her mushroom bourguinon (from the cookbook) for dinner on Saturday.
Homemade cinnamon rolls are a lot of work but sooooooo worth it 🙂
