Are you anxious about anything? Some of this sounds like how I react when I’m feeling a lot of stress (always hits my GI tract). Some of this — the burning sensation, the headache, the bubbling around — sounds like your body is cranky because it wants food. I’d see if you can get down something like cereal or toast.

For some reason i get the idea that this could be food poisoning.

Sounds like you may have an ulcer. The headache is probably unrelated, or at least not due to the ulcer. The ulcer may have formed from too much acidic food/drink and not enough water, which would contribute to dehydration, which can cause headache.

It sounds like you have no solid food in your stomach and you’re trying to start introducing back in the wrong things. Greasy cheese isn’t what you should reintroduce first after two days without eating! Try bananas, white rice, applesauce, and dry toast.

It sounds quite a bit like when I had gastritis last year, inflammation of the stomach or intestinal lining. Definitely get checked out, because if the stomach lining bleeds it can be serious. Also, it could be an ulcer. You’re probably also really dehydrated (which can cause headaches and all kinds of other problems.)

Sounds to me like a 24 hour stomach bug. If you don’t feel better in a week, I’d go see a doctor.

I agree with others that it sounds like a virus, or you could have gastroesophageal reflux or an ulcer.  Try some over-the-counter Pepcid.
