I really like jello for an afternoon snack, I also make baked oatmeal (you can modify most recipes so they are firm and can be cut into bars) which I eat in place of dessert

Lately I’m really into rice cakes spread with no-sugar-added jelly. super sweet and crunchy, but still low calorie.
