Marcato Atlas and Imperia are both great brands (and both made in Italy). I got mine from a fantastic family-owned and run Kitchenwares shop in Philly called Fante’s (they have a website) that was made specifically for them…Great Aunt Gina’s Pasta Machine…that works great. It’s made in China, but it’s $30-$40 cheaper than the other ones. I don’t make homemade pasta very much, so I didn’t feel the need to invest a ton of money in one.

I also know that the KA Stand Mixer (and probably the Cuisinart as well) have pasta roller attachments, but sadly I don’t have a stand mixer so I can’t comment on them.

We have the kitchenaid mixer attachment and it works great. There is a set with a roller and several cutter sizes. It’s great!
