Our ceremony and reception are in two Center City venues about 7 blocks apart We’re getting married in June 2009, so who knows how hot it will be.
We’d like to provide comfortable transportation for our guests from the ceremony space to the reception space The distance is short, so we were thinking of a mini-bus or a van that could make repeated trips. On the other hand, a bus might also work out nicely, so that more guests can be transported in each trip.
We’re looking for something on the simpler side (no stretch limos or anything). I’d appreciate your recommendations.

We’re most likely getting our limo from Celebrity Limo (who Mrs. Cupcake used as well)…I believe they have limo bus options, but not sure what the prices are — will have more info after this weekend when Mr. Bruschetta and I visit there though, and if you’re interested, I can share what I find out!
Also, if it’s a short distance, did you consider the good ol’ taxi?

Fiance and I are planning to go old-school with a yellow bus. They’re the most affordable option, and we think our guests will get a kick out of it (not to mention, we’re all about taking photos on a school bus in our wedding garb!). We haven’t narrowed down a company to go with, though, but there are quite a few out there.

This is who we are using: http://www.americantrolleytour.com/
Much more affordable then Philadelphia Trolley Works. Almost half the price!

American Trolley Tour is wayyy cheaper but just a caution none of their trollies have AC, so if guest comfort/ hot temps are your concern they might not be your best bet.
