Vista Print would probably agree to do them on recycled paper for a fee–they are so big and they do almost everything, otherwise, mercurio printing will do it for a fee.

Hello!

You might also try Etsy through their Alchemy feature. I’m not sure if you’ll get them for $20, but you can set your price and see what happens.

(If you’re not familiar with Etsy, Alchemy is when you put up basically a "want ad" saying what you want and at what price, and Etsy Sellers who are willing do that job for that price contact you or make an offer.)
