the knot has a great wedding flowers book that i found at the library that helped a lot in showing me different colors and what’s available when *i’m sure a large book retailer would have it too*

for burgundy i’d do peonies or anemones or amarylis in the winter for sure. for blue try cornflower, tweedia, or hydragena *you make have to go fake with those but you can find some lovely fakes at hobby lobby*

If it comes down to it you could always go with an all white bouquet.  I love color but all white bouquets are beautiful.
