@taylormc101:  Why have you posted this 3 separate times? You know you can just “bump” your original thread.

When is your wedding date? Depending on how far out your wedding is, the dress may not be available from the manufacturer. But if that is the case, you might find a preowned/used one for much cheaper.

I tried on this dress back in August, and I LOVED it. For a while, it was my first choice. But, the sample didn’t fit, and I wasn’t 100% sure that the sleeves would be flattering, even in the correct size.

The tulle on the sample was very soft, but I wouldn’t exactly call it “flowing”.

I think they will be carrying it for a while bc I just went back to Nordstroms for bridesmaids dresses and they told me they were selling a lot of them. I think it will stay around.

this was the first dress i tried on and i fell in love. literally an entire room full of seamstresses, brides to be, mothers and BMs gasped when i walked out in this dress.

every other dress i tried on just got worse and worse. i might have had tomatoes thrown at me at some point.

i bought it straight away and glad i did bc i believe they ran out of material very recently and are no longer making it. they might get it back though when you are ready to buy the dress.i actually found the tulle to be very flowy, light and soft and i LOVE the sleeves and the back of the dress is gorgeous. it’s very ver delicate and dainty. nt overwhelming or gaudy at all. it’s a very well balnced design. gosh im still so in love with it!

i don’t know what you mean by a “normal body” but i am pretty petite. 5’2 and about 104lbs if that helps. though i think it would be flattering on just about anyone as long as it’s your style.

i have a few pictures if you’d like me to send them

Hi TaylorMC,

I really liked Laurel when I tried it on, but my friends weren’t a big fan of the sleeves. I didn’t think they were particularly flattering. I am about 5’6, 140lbs, either a 34B or 36A and I have wide shoulders. I’m guessing that the sleeves would probably look best on someone with narrow shoulders? I didn’t think the tulle would be really flowy, but it looked very flowy in person and I felt like I was also on a cloud. The consultant said that this sample was “very-loved” and that the layers would look different after each was steamed. I can’t remember exactly what, but I think she meant that the layers would lay more flat. I’m not a big fan of poofy dresses.

@taylormc101:  Thanks, good luck with it! It was such a fun dress.
