Hi Bees! I slipped a disc in my back about a month ago and my physic recommended pilots to strengthen my core and hopefully prevent re-injury. I had my first 1 on 1 reformer lesson tonight and I’m feeling pretty sore and very aware of my pelvic floor muscles!
Have any of you done reformer for any stretch of time? What did you think? What kind of results did you get?
