There is an old saying ‘Truth is stranger than fiction’. I am training/practising under supervision to be a Psychologist. Individuals can become so obsessed about other people, objects, places etc. Obsessions are like addictions- they fill a hole that is empty in the individual’s life. (Love missing-The attention she received from people). They often have to neglect other aspects of their lives in order to fill the obsession once it starts. (I can’t image the amount of time she must have spent on the internet, posting, reading etc).

One of the negitive things about the situation is that unless the obsessed individual seeks help, they are more than likely, to ‘select’ another obsession, as most obsessed individuals have addictive personlities.

She really needs to seek help, and get her life back together.

I think we need to realize she Truely is sick. We shouldn’t just call her crazy. What is that gonna do to help her? I think she needs true therapy and counseling. I believe calling  people crazy doesnt help the situation. It could make the person  even more angry and in denial. Thus, they continue the behavior.

I don’t think it is appropriate at all for a thread to be created to “out” a girl who obviously has mental health issues.

It also is extremely inappropriate to call someone with mental health issues “crazy”.

Wow this is sad. Hopefully she gets some help, but she doesn’t seem to think there is a problem with her behavior.

hmm poor girl. Sounds like she is suffering from an untreated mental illness, and it does seem like suffering. This is saddening. I hope she is able to get the help she needs.

Well, tbh, the girl’s behavior is nuttier than squirrel poo. So regardless of the terms used, I think it’s safe to say that she truly needs psychiatric intervention. Her complete denial in the face of facts regarding the responses to her threads, proved she is in her own world, and not seeing reality. I hope someone can help her, poor thing.

This apparently isn’t the first time she’s been obsessive online. Ladies at Treehouse found her Reddit page, where she of course posted the “not invited to a friend’s wedding in the park” question. She also asked several specific questions about actor Johnny Galecki. A quick search of those questions shows that they have been posted on multiple sites (mostly on different tumblrs), much like this recent fiasco!

So assuming she’s real, then she definitely has a problem. I really hope she has someone in her life who can get her some help.

From what I saw, she has been trying to get her threads deleted with varying luck. Meanwhile, I think it’s also strange that the bride responded on the body building forum, lol.

Meh–I still don’t think any of this is real.
