Love the design of the invites but it is a BIG etiquette no to put to your registry info with the invitations.

chapara09:  LOVE the invites! But I agree that putting your registry information with your invitation is a big etiquette no no. A way around this is to create a wedding website (if you haven’t already, weddingwire has free ones that are super cute!) on an insert, and then put the registry info on the website.

You can also set up the website for online RSVP and tell people to either RSVP via mail or website, and then put the website URL on the RSVP insert.

Personally I don’t understand why putting the registry info in the invite is an etiquette no-no… why is it any different to directing them to a website with the info? In this day and age, everyone knows its rude to show up without a gift and everyone knows that 99% of people register somewhere I think its convenient to place the reminder in the invite.

OP, you know the context of your area and how weddings are ‘done’ – I personally see no issue with recieving the registry info in the invite.
