We did nearly all BB&B and maybe 15 things from Macy’s, mostly serving dishes that were prettier than the ones from BB&B. It’s your registry, do what you want. BB&B is everywhere and their website is easy to use, so it’s not like you’re only registering at a teeny boutique that has just one store in your city or something.

If BBB has everything you want, I don’t see anything wrong with having only one registry.

You should register at more than 1 store if that store is not convenient for your guests to shop at.  Bed Bath & Beyond is nationwide and pretty common, so I think that should cover it!

Depends on where most of your guests are coming from, do they have a BBB in their area. I live in a midsize town and we don’t have a BBB, we just have target,  walmart and belk. If you don’t register at a place nearby most of your guests, plan to receive random gifts from some of them.

I have several regristries. I the largest at BBB, but I also have smaller ones at Macy’s, amazon.com, and a wish list and pier 1 imports (mainly for my friends who love shopping there). I really suggest amazon because you can find so many little unique things there. I am also having a fairly large wedding (125-135 people), so I want to make sure that there are enough options for everyone

We registered at more than one so that out of town guests can go to the store that’s more convenient for them. By word of mouth we have been conveying that MOST of what we want is at Kohl’s, though. I think if you do 1 store, you’ll have people unable to get to a BB&B and simply get you something else.
