We had a gift purchased from our registry, and I clearly saw that a 0 from “got it” table changed to 1. And then one of our guests “confessed” that he got us that gift. So now when I was looking at the registry, it changed to 0 again, like no one bought it. And saying that we didn’t receive this gift yet.
Any ideas about what could have happened?

Target has done this to me several times along with Kohls…I had several duplicates because of this. I called both and their cust. service told me Im crazy pretty much!

Target seems to have a fair amount of registry issues – I have a friend who scanned kitchen stuff and baby blankets showed up. Good thing she got a heads up before her older relatives saw!

I had so many problems with our Target registry! I typically love Target, but I was super unimpressed with their registry system. We had a lot of weird things happen with ours. If you know for a fact that you received the gift, you can always login online and adjust that item to be shown as ‘fulfilled.’

Boo. Despite the negative reviews, I registered at Target (also BBB) because it was the most convenient for FI’s family. Stories like this make me super nervous. Maybe if you call Target, they can help you sort it out?

You might want to try transferring your Target registry to MyRegistry.com… they have a syncing feature that allows you to do this. Their customer service is really good (I got a personal call a day after signing up from a registry concierge who was super nice and helpful!). That way at least if Target causes any more problems you and your guests would have someone more helpful to turn to!
