I would make a third registry that was a little more frivolous (ex. electronics), or just create a honeymoon registry.

Do you have old towels or appliances that need upgrading? I had mismatched towels, so I registered for some new towels. Also keep in mind that a percentage of your guests will give you cash too. So, you may not need to go hog wild with the registry.

I’d say register for two places. Target and another location.

@FutureMrsFord1087: we had the same problem so we did 2 “traditional” (in-store) registries and a honeyfund.  I’m afraid we are still going to run out, but at least we can keep adding things to the honeyfund and it’s basically just getting cash, rather than adding superfluous physical items we really don’t need or have space for!

Another option would perhaps be to register for furniture? Or outdoor expensive things..a swing, grill etc. Or go for the honeymoon registry! Our BBB registry (180 guests) had 150 items, 49 are left – Macy’s had 30 or so, 21 left. I wouldn’t worry 🙂 have someone keep an eye on it to tell you if it’s emptied
