Our registries had a way to mark things as purchased, so we could leave them on there.

I would check with the store to see if they have a way to check it off, or as @ProfessorGirl: said, see if there’s a way for you to check it off.  If not, I would delete them so people don’t buy them again.  A lot of folks use the registry printouts as shopping lists and then forget to give the paper to the person at the checkout so that they can scan it lol.
