Definitely remove if someone has already bought the other, unless you want two mixers!

I would remove it! Are you having a shower? Could you imagine opening 2 of them, one right after the other?

I attended a Baby Shower once where the mother had apparently registered for a bottle warmer at 2 stores…and she received 3…mine being the 3rd one she opened and it was so annoying!

OR…. you get both mixers, choose which you prefer and return the other for a nice giftcard…

@Corinninninn:  That is very true. I didn’t consider what a big ticket item it is… and I didn’t dupliate anything on my registries, so I didn’t have this problem… so maybe, think about it some more?

I didn’t duplicate and store B ended up looking up registry A and adding all the items they stocked.

You’re probably going to end up with more duplicates… BB&B doesn’t always log when people purchase things (I already have three roasters), and you’re far enough out that you can edit the registry now and I doubt anyone will notice.

I see you’ve already removed it, but I wanted to add that if you do have multiple things, and you’re having something like a shower where you open things in front of people, then it will be reeeeeaaaaally awkward if you open more than one of the same thing! (unless it;s like, dishes or something.)
