You know that the big trend for bridesmaids dresses now is non-matching and just in the same or complimentary shades/colors? It’s not too late to have them return it. As for your dress, if it doesn’t make you feel like a million dollars when you’re wearing it, sell it and get something that does. No one says the bride has to wear white either. Vera Wang just paraded a bunch of dresses that are black and Carolina Herrera did red. Wear what you want and what you love.

It IS your wedding, and you can do wotever you want, esp if it’s in a barn, mine is outside too and all my bridesmaids have different dresses but similar color scheme and my dress is unconventional, i’m wearing black converse and having purple in my hair for goodness sakes lol it can and should be wotever you want. you are absolutely right there tho, you’re going to have to just politely put your foot down, it’s not like you’re one of those demanding people asking for the world

I say you declare a Wedding Revolution here. This is your ONE DAY and it’s not too late to do what will bring you joy. Return the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses or if you can’t, reimburse your girls and then sell them online. Wake up the day of your wedding and put on something wonderful! You will be so much happier afterwards that you did it your way. Brook no opposition!
