I’m one of the personal attendants in a friends wedding this weekend. We had made a bouquet for the rehearsal dinner out of the bows and ribbons from the wedding shower, but – long story short – the bouquet we had made got tossed by an angry ‘ex-personal attendant’. (I know, right?!)
I feel really bad for the bride cause I know she’ll wonder what happened to the other one, and I want her to still have a cute bouquet to use. At this point I’m planning on just a cute bouquet of daisies or something from the store, but I’d like her to have something different!

I was a bridesmaid at a friend’s wedding last week, and I thought her rehearsal bouquet was really cute! Their honeymoon was in Disney World, so she picked up a little Minnie Mouse stuffed animal dressed as a bride, taped it to a stick, and voila! It was too cute.

I’s say either go to Michael’s and pick up soem clearance fake flowers or you could buy some ribbons and bows and re-make the “bouquet” from the shower. It wouldn’t be quite the same but I’m sure your friend would appreciate the sentiment.

I was thinking like FutureKMM suggested to remake the bow bouqet. If she doesn’t know the original one was thrown out, maybe she won’t notice and that might be a good think considering she’s probably stressed about losing an attendant this close to the wedding?

The fake flowers are a great idea, maybe on each flower you can tie a note from every person that was at the shower.

Thanks for the advice!
I think I’ll try to re-make a bouquet with some ribbons and bows. Agreed, Southern Tulip – probably don’t need to stress the bride out any more than she already is! I like the idea of notes, or something from the people at the shower – if only I had more time! I’m thinking she won’t really notice that it’s a remade bouquet anyways.
@greeneyedmoon – That is a cute idea! It’d be great too, cause this bride is WAY into Disney. I think she’s got an adorable veil with ears to wear for the rehearsal too. Hmm…

I had a friend make one out of blow pops.
