- Wedding: April 2013
I just called the church to schedule our Rehearsal. They advised me that they normally do Rehearsal’s during the week. To me that is unheard of. All the Rehearsal’s that I have attended in the past have been on Friday’s or Saturday’s. We are not doing the Rehearsal the day before the wedding. We are doing it the weekend before. I can not have the Rehearsal during the week because I cant take off a day from work for it nor do I expect my bridal party too and we have people out of town. They did however, say they would be able to accomadate us at 7:30pm on the Saturday night that we wanted. The reason we have to wait til 7:30pm is because they have mass at 6:00pm on Saturday nights. We would be having the Rehearsal Dinner no more than 10 minutes away from the church. So with all this said, here is my question. If we have the Rehearsal at the church starting at 7:30pm… Im assuming it will last a hour?? And we can be at the dinner by 9pm… Is this realistic? Do you think that is too late for the dinner? I am ok with it… I feel like its a Saturday night and no one has work the next day… I just wanted to get some other opinions.
