How big is your rehearsal dinner? And where are you having it (hall, backyard, restaurant, small private dining room)?

Maybe have the notecards at people’s places, a sign at each table with “instructions”, then a drop off place near the entrance/exit at its own table? I don’t know if you’re decorating, but a pretty sign at each table instructing people what to write on the cards and where to drop them off would add to the decor.

For ours, I found a box that’s been decorated in a wedding theme and we got red glitter letters from Michaels (since red is one of our colors) to spell out ADVICE and we’ll hang it from a ribbon across the top. I bet you could DIY something similar with an open top basket and letters that would let people know their advice cards go here. Probably cost $10-15 for the supplies at Michaels, and you can personalize from there.

I like the idea of having the cards at everyone’s seat. May have to borrow that one. 🙂
