I know I probably should know this but I started to think and I’m really not sure….Is the wedding coordinator (which I only hired to do the rehearsal and day of nothing else) suppose to be invited to the rehearsal dinner as well if it is a sit down diner or am I suppose to get him to meet us when we are finished eating to go over everything? What about the reception, he is suppose to be running everything so should I count him in as well for the buffet style dinner?

Our DOC is not invited to the Rehearsal Dinner. She is only going to facilitate the rehearsal and confirm last minute things with the site.
I am counting on providing her a meal at the reception all though right now I am not positive that we will have room for her to sit at a guest table yet.

As a wedding coordinator, I don’t expect to be invited to the rehearsal dinner. I typically leave after the rehearsal.
As to the reception, it is nice for the bride to provide food since most coodinators will be onsite all day without a chance to leave. Although at some weddings, I have been so busy that I never had a chance to sit down and eat, but the thought is still appreciated.
