You should absolutely invite your officiant to join the rehearsal dinner.  Personally, I don’t think its necessary to invite the planner as she is required to be at the rehearsal in a professional capacity and the dinner is supposed to be a thank you for your friends and family that are joining you in your ceremony to support your marriage.  If the photographer will be photographing just the rehearsal then I don’t feel it is necessary to invite them to the dinner.  If they will also be coming to and photographing at the dinner then yes, I think you should feed them.

So just through all of my research on wedding etiquette I’ve found that 99% of people will tell you that it is proper etiquette to invite the officiant to the rehearsal dinner.  The reason you have the rehearsal dinner is traditionally to thank the people that are participating in the ceremony and since he will play a big part in the ceremony, he should be invited.  Although the planner is helping to organize the day, they will not actually be participating in the wedding so I don’t feel that it would be rude or anything to not invite them to the Rehearsal Dinner.  Same goes for the photographer.  The only exception to this would be if the photographer will be at the Rehearsal Dinner to take photos and in that case, it would be polite and probably also expected that you should feed them.

Oh and yes, you should also invite the officiant to the reception after the wedding.  I know it seems weird because you don’t know him personally but etiquette says that the officiant should be invited to both the Rehearsal Dinner and the reception for the wedding.  Also, you will be expected to feed all of your vendors (including the photographer and planner) at the reception.

Yes, I would invite all vendors at the rehearsal to the dinner. Most will decline, but at least you offered. It’s polite since they are doing you a service.
