We only had toasts at the wedding.  Both of our fathers gave toasts and that’s it.  We sort of just had the DJ ask who wanted to give a toast and they did.

We are not doing toasts at the rehersal dinner (except impromptu) but my father, Bridesmaid or Best Man and Maid/Matron of Honor will at the wedding 🙂 my ffil doesn’t like public speaking! Hehe

I am asking my father to give a toast and then we’re having my uncle, who is a pastor, to give a blessing, after that no one else gets to say anything…once liqour starts flowing and people start talking, bad things happen lol

we are having the groom’s father (who is also the best man) give a toast/welcome at the Welcome Dinner the night before the wedding.

We are having my father give the toast/welcome at the wedding. Prior to eating the pastor will giving a blessing. The Maid/Matron of Honor and a groomsman will say short speeches.
