alejandra006 :  It’s not applicable to me as I didn’t have a rehearsal dinner, but maybe you can specify how many guests you are expecting? The cost will be dependent on the head count.

The question is way too broad. It depends on the menu- pizza or plated dinner? venue- local Italian joint or the Hyatt? geographical area- middle America or NYC? number of guests- 8-80?

We did a casual catered bbq dinner at our villa the night prior, and it was about $400 for 18-20 people.

We are expecting about 40 people and trying to keep it to $50 per person for food and drink. With tip I guess that’s around $2500.

For our rehearsal dinner we only invited our bridal party plus parents and grandparents. We spent $3000 about $100 per person

We did a destination wedding so all 48 of our guests were invited to the rehearsal dinner.  It was $4000 for 3 courses and an open bar.

We are doing a Welcome Dinner that all guests are welcome to attend at our wedding venue the night before the wedding. Ours is $50 a head for food, tables, linens, set up, etc. It will be a lobster bake. That will include smore’s for dessert. We are expecting around 75 so it will be a little pricey and that’s without any booze yet…

Im not exactly sure what the final cost will be, but for between 30-50 people, I’m guessin $2500 or less.  We are having a local restaurant cater to a KoC hall, cash bar, and cake.

We’re having a rehearsal lunch at our venue. Gourmet deli sandwiches and wine for 12 adults and 1 child. Will probably cost about $600. This was our original budget for a dinner but when we saw how expensive it was we were happy to scoop up the lunch deal, plus now we have the evening to relax before our big day.

We had about 40 people at Pinstripes (if anyone is familiar) beer and wine from 6-9pm bowling and bocce from 6-11pm and buffet American style cuisine. About 2,500 in a suburb of Chicago.
