Hello! I’m such a procrastinator! My wedding is next weekend, and this weekend I will be shopping for honeymoon stuff and my rehearsal dinner dress! I am not wanting to spend alot of money on a dress, I actually have a white one I could wear, I just wore it to two of my bridal showers so want something different… What did you wear? Also, do you think the bride should wear white or does it not matter? I’ve got a laid back country style, whatever I wear will be with boots! 🙂

I wore a white dress that had a bright pink floral print. So it was probably half white, half pink. I wore it because I loved it and felt great it in! I really don’t think it matters what color you wear, I promise everyone at the rehearsal dinner will know you are the bride even if you don’t wear white 😀

Personally I will be wearing white to mine, but thats just how I am and everyone is different.
I think you should wear what makes you happy and what makes you feel the most beautiful, after all it is YOUR special day.
It is not about the color you wear but the happiness, health, and meaning you wear it in. So if you want black or blue or green and that makes you the happiest, I say go for it all the way!
Best of luck and congratulations!

moben2016 : I wore a long sleeved white dress, that came to my knees what was like a 60’s swing dress with ruffle on the skirt. (Zara.com)
Paired with hot pink tassle earrings, hair up and simple heels.

We’re having an Art Deco wedding and plan on having little touches throughout the weekend leading up to the wedding. My rehearsal dress is blush with beading and a scalloped hem. Color is perfectly fine! Wear what makes you feel beautiful and confident.

I’ll be wearing this in a champagne color – so more of an ivory/cream color.

I didn’t wear a dress to mine…we got married in the winter, so when we had our rehearsal dinner the week before the wedding, I was in a pretty long sweater, skinny jeans, and heels. I think it really worked with our cozy, casual theme as we just wanted everyone to be comfortable and warm. 🙂

I feel white just makes you pop. I wore white and was super fancy! But it’s a lot of boob dress but honestly, every dress is on me unless I want high neck with cuts off my already short neck. And I wish my dress wasn’t wrinkley but between checking into the hotel and only getting 30 mins for my rehearsal, I got dressed in like 2 minutes and couldn’t steam it. =/

I wore a white patterned dress with some subtle gray. It was just enough color to not scream bridal so I could wear it again.
Wear whatever you want and makes you feel awesome.

I actually wore a pastel blue dress to the rehearsal! I knew I was going to be in white the next day so I decided to go with blue but its completely up to you!

unfettering : omg I love that dress, can you share where you bought it?
moben2016 : I wore white but voted to pick whatever color you want. I simply wore white because I had a white dress I have never worn and felt very chic in it and just the right amount of dressed up for our rehearsal dinner. If something else had caught my eye I wouldn’t have hesitated to wear it 🙂

i did, but dont think it’s a *must*. I just happened to have rent the runway credit that was about to expire so I used it on a white dress.
One nice thing though is i changed in to it at the wedding reception once the dancing got sweaty enough, to keep my dress clean and me a little less sweaty. I was very thankful to have it.

prinzesschen : I’m happy to! The dress is sold at quite a few retailers including Dillards and Nordstrom. (Here is a direct link: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/pisarro-nights-embellished-mesh-sheath-dress-regular-petite/3533876?origin=category-personalizedsort&fashioncolor=NAVY )
However, I purchased mine NWT off of eBay and you can sometimes find them on Tradesy and Poshmark, too for a discount. I bought it in navy for my engagement pictures and in blush for the rehearsal.

moben2016 : Wear whatever color you want! There is no specification for the bride to wear white to the rehearsal dinner, so you are free to choose white or any other color you like.
