Ok, so my Rehearsal Dinner is becoming a pain. I’ve had many people offer to pay, but then back out. We finally figured out who is paying, but now we can’t figure out time/food. Its a destination wedding, so there will be about 50 people coming to the Rehearsal Dinner. I think that 7-9 sounds great because it will be sunset and cooler. We are doing drinks and appetizers, but i’m afraid if the invites say that we are only having appetizers that we will have people show up who have already ate and the food will go to waste. If you got an invite that said that would you come hungry or eat first? Ideas?

I’d probably come hungry because I love apps and I know I can fill myself up on them (as long as it’s a nice variety). If I ate dinner beforehand I would still eat the apps and then end up feeling way too full.
That’s just me. I know people who prefer to have a “real” meal so they would eat first.
Either time would be fine with me. If it wasn’t until 7 I might just eat a late or large lunch. Oh, and I prefer to drink later in the evening, so 7 would be good there too. 7 actually isn’t that late.

I would eat before coming but not stuff myself so I’d have room for more. But then I also wouldn’t starve in case there was nothing I liked (I’m picky!)
