@eliseemma:  We are thinking of doing a taco bar for the rehearsal dinner. Different kinds of meat, toppings, chips, dip, beans, rice and then a very limited variety of beer, margaritas and sangria.

travel theme with Greek, Italian and French food

Orient Express- serve Chinese food and sushi- decorate with paper lanterns

Dippity DO- have veggies and dip appies, fondue for main course- cheese and meet, then chocolate fondue for dessert

We are doing a welcome picnic for everyone. It will be in the park, in the gazebo. Make your own sandwhiches, fruit, veggies, iced tea. If we didn’t have the option of doing it in a public space outdoors I don’t know what we would do!

@eliseemma:  our rehearsal dinner is going to very low key, we might use our venue which will already be decorated for the reception
