We are planning on inviting our out of town guests to our rehearsal dinner. We also want them to know that we aren’t leaving for our honeymoon on Sunday and will be around to spend some time with them. We’ll be having coffee and pastries at my parents house the next morning for people who found it cheaper/more convenient to fly out on Monday rather than Sunday. I am going to do a separate insert inside the invitation (the same size as the rsvp and direction cards) How would you word it?

I would just call it the “Schedule of Events” and have each event on it.
Friday June 17th
7pm Rehearsal Dinner @ wherever
We are looking forward to seeing you when you get into town. Please stop by for food, drink and pre wedding merriment.
Saturday June 18th
The big day
See invitation for times and details
Sunday June 19th
We don’t want the celebrations to end yet.
Please stop in for an informal brunch before you head back home.
We appreciate you making the trip to our wedding and would love to spend more time with you on Sunday if your travel plans permit.
ETA We are doing a similar thing and will have a “Schedule of Events” type card in our invite as well since 99% of our guests are from out of town.
