I’m not any help as I’m from Toronto but if you don’t come up with anything just yet don’t stress! Most people don’t plan their rehearsal until MUCH closer to their wedding. Good luck 🙂

Beachy53:  I’d recommend the Coast Guard House Restaurant in Narragansett. FI’s family has a beach house close by and we’ve gone there a million times. It’s right on the water, has great food & they just renovated the whole interior. It’d be perfect for a rehearsal dinner!

Beachy53:  I live in Newport, and yes it’s super pretty in the summer, but also fairly expensive. I spent last summer working on Bowen’s Wharf, which is right in the thick of everything, and I saw my fair share of rehearsals and weddings. Try The Landing, 22 Bowen’s, or The Mooring. They’re all seafood-heavy places and well-liked. If your budget is a little expandable, I highly recommend chartering a sailboat for your party. The best, in my opinion, is the Schooner Aquidneck (http://www.sightsailing.com) and you can have your sail catered and it’s BYOB. I find that if you tell people they can bring their own drinks, they kind of like it more than having you buy it for them! If you do decide to choose a Newport venue, feel free to DM me!

Also, be sure you check your date against events in RI. There can be some doozies you would never expect to encounter.
