One of my good friends gotr married last September, and used Rent the Runway for her bachelorette party dress, and a few other occassions… and she loved the process! She said to read the reviews, as most give a pretty good accuracy of how thw the dresses fit.
I figured that I own a ton of dresses, but only wear them a few times – so spending the $30-65 on a dress for one night is better than it sitting in my closet collecting dust never to be worn again. But… I may go out and find something, just in case!

i don’t think its to dressy, i think its perfect. and when i was planning my wedding, i thought to myself, this only comes around once, and you can never be to dressy. its a big event, once in a lifetime. wear what you want.

I think it’s a perfect dress! It’s very sophisticated and classy, but not overly formal.
Also… if you’re considering Rent The Runway, I definitely recommend it! They actually will send you two dress sizes and you get to pick what they are. If you look at the user reviews, ladies who have worn it will say if it’s bigger/smaller/true to size. That helps me immensely!!! You can also see pictures of women with similar body types wearing it. If you (or any other Bee) wants it, I can send you my referral link via PM- we both get $20 in rental credits if you make a first rental through my link. (Just trying to be totally honest about it!)

It’s cute and elegant. I don’t think the dress looks too formal. It is a special event after all, and I think it’s normal to dress up a bit for the event. I know I would ! Enjoy your day and rock that dress. 🙂
