Alcohol doesn’t have to be provided. If you can afford it even just beer would be a nice touch.

We are doing very similar menus for rehearsals.  Mine is going to be about 3pm-4pm.  I keep going back and forth on providing alcohol.  At this point we are not but strictly because of schedule.  Our rehearsal is at 6pm then we are open to decorate our venue from 7pm-9pm.

lovinmylife:  I think it’s fine to not provide alcohol for the rehearsal. If you’re hesitant about it though you could always just provide beer instead of liquor. It’s up to you!

lovinmylife:  I think it’s fine. Like I said, it’s up to you. Where are you having it? In a restaurant or someone’s house? You could always tell people that if they want booze they can bring their own.
