Yep, I was just about to suggest the same thing as misschickpea. I think a slip would be the best option.

You could get a similar length slip to wear underneath the whole thing, then there’s also no worry of seeing your ‘underwear’ through it.

I think what other PP’s said is your best option, in lue of a slip that fits the dress well, unless you could find some shapewear or cami that would fit this top and a slip.

@BrittMike12:

I think it would be fine but ugh….other than Marks and Spencers in the UK that would definitely have one, I don’t know where else to suggest you go :/

This may be a little out there, but what if you got a skirt slip that would hit mid-calf and just pull it up? DIY strapless slip!

I short slip and a strapless cami should do the trick!

I agree with the others that a short slip would be nice.  All department stores have lots of options. I have some like this:

For the top, you can go to Joann Fabrics or somewhere like that and buy some bra cups that you can easily stitch in.  You could also buy one of those slim fitting camisoles, cut away the straps, and stitch it into the top of your dress.  I DIY all my dresses to make sure everything is covered and looking the way I like!

First of all, NO its not see through.  Its full lined so no worries.

Second…I’m in LOVE with this dress and its strapless counterpart.  I saw it the other day in a VS catalog and pinned it immediately.  I’m leaning towards the strapless one, but I LOOOOVVVVVEEEEE it, so lovely.

ETA: my bad!!!! I didn’t read the part about you already recieving it…Geez…I really need to READ post before looking at photos. SORRY!!! Can we see a photo of it on you for reference?

I’m having the same problem.  My dress already has bra pads in it, but you can see inbetween them.
