I have a REALLY slow metabolism, and I want to add a raspberry ketone supplement to my weight loss efforts. I’ve been tracking my calories and going to the gym in the morning to do at least 45 mins of cardio- and I’ve started adding weights- but I want to add something to my efforts.
Has anyone tried these? I’d have to order them from somewhere, I’ve looked locally and they aren’t available at the local GNC. They’d also have to ship to Canada 😛
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Also- if a site processes their payments through paypal, does that mean that they are legit? I dont shop online that much 😛

I’ve never tried it, but I can say from just looking through “research” that it most likely is bull. Everytime Doctor Oz says something is good, it flys off the shelves. I work in a pharmacy, so I see this a lot. Dr Oz said this, Dr Oz said that. I want to PUNCH Dr. Oz!

TOMS shoes accepts PayPal and they’re totally legit. Don’t base whether or not you’re going to use a site on how they process they’re payments. See if they have reviews and base it on that, instead.
On the Ketone front, I’m sorry I can’t help you, there. I’m just an avid internet shopaholic 🙂

@pharmy: Yeah, Dr. Oz drives me nuts too lol! I work in a dental office and I have a TV in my room, and I have to change the channel whenever he comes on. I’m pretty sure he said ‘vagina’ about 6 times in 1 segment while I had a pt in my chair, so embarrasing! 😛
