Has anyone had luck removing or lightening their chicken pox scars? I’m interested in a permanent solution because I hate having to cover them up with make-up which on my skin gets super oily and runs anyway :-/ and it seems that dermatologists offer laser treatments for acne scars, but not for chicken pox scars. Any luck anyone?

I’ve heard of people having REALLY great results with Nerium for scars and stretchmarks. I haven’t personally tried it but people I know have. It’s kind of like an Avon selling scheme though so they might try to get you to sell it, FYI. But it could be worth a shot!

@NYMango: if yours is on your face (which b/c you mentioned makeup I thought it might be) I’d let it go. mine is smack dab in between my eyebrows and my dermatologist says the scar would be worse than the random circle.

@RiverBride13: thanks, I’ll try that
@subtlebee: if it were just a small depression the way yours seems to be I probably wouldn’t be so paranoid, but I have a few and they are darker than my skin color…ugh!

@NYMango: Retina A or Hydroquine. Its by prescription and in about 3 months you’ll see a major difference. Ive been using it to remove acne scars and its amazing. Avon use to make this Banishing cream that was cheap and worked. Its was 2% instead of 4-5% hydroquine
