Our event site, isn’t garbage friendly so we were planning to rent all the linens and napkins. Silverware is provided by our caterer so no problems there.
Also, we are looking for arch ideas and rental places, if you have referrals it’d be mucho appreciated.

We’re getting our arch through our florist, Florarama – they have a beautiful arch that they have hand-made and can decorate differently for each wedding. Other than that, we’re considering going with R&R Party Rentals, we had a great conversation with them at the Seattle Wedding Expo *AND* they even have the gorgeous glass beverage dispensing jars (which several bees have blogged about using at their weddings) for rent for only $15 each.

I have worked with ABC rentals a lot. and they are my favorite renter. Grand Rentals is also another company I would suggest.

I can’t believe I forgot to mention this, but R&R Rentals had a 10% off coupon at the wedding expo, and Grand Event Rentals had a 20% off coupon. Probably worth a try to just tell them you know about the deal and hope they won’t ask for a physical coupon.

Crystal was very nice and didn’t pressure me at all. I found that they have the best prices and customer service. She even made suggestions that would be less expensive and still get the look that I am going for.

I did indeed take Noritake22’s advice because the customer service and freindliness won me over. I just learned Yesterday that our venue, Sodo Park, rents their linens from ABC Rentals. Now I am really excited because they have great options but also because I don’t have to work with them, heeheehee – the folks at Sodo work with them!!! Back to you – – I second Noritake22 🙂
