Ask your caterer or bar tender for how many glassware you need to rent.  My guess would be 3-4 drinks per person.  You can always have plastic cups available in the event you run out of glassware.

I would think that you actually need more than one glass of each type per person.  During dinner you can have the waitstaff refill glasses on the table, but during the cocktail hour people will just leave their empty glasses and get another. Think about it – if I have two glasses of wine before dinner, another with dinner, and also have water, I’m potentially using four glasses.  If I have both water and iced tea with dinner, I’m using five glasses.  You can perhaps count on approximately one champagne flute per person, but some people will drink champagne other than for just the toasts, if you have it available.  If glassware can be washed during the event, you need less.  But this is part of what caterers do – they should know if you have 100 guests about how many will drink wine vs beer, and about how many glasses of each type will get used during the evening.  I second just asking the caterer/bartender what they recommend.
