No idea if you can rent a veil, but you can definitely find one for less than $300. Bridal shops charge obscene markups on veils – they are just tulle (which is not expensive fabric at all), maybe a bit of decoration, and very easy to sew.

If it’s a raw-edged veil, it’s the easiest thing in the world to DIY. You can have any length veil you want for pocket change.

If you are looking for something with lace, crystals, beading, edging, etc. and don’t feel confident that you have the DIY expertise to pull it off, look online. Try the WeddingBee classifieds, preownedweddingdresses.com, Etsy, Ebay, Craigslist, Light In The Box and some of the other Chinese sites, etc. You can find a way better deal on a veil.

I got my finger tip length veil from a wedding shop that sells cheap wedding item and rents tables and what not for only 20$ it was perfect and looked just like the 200$ ones in bridal stores!
