My ring is a 2.5 in a halo but my finger is a size 6 and the mm specs face up closer to a 2 ct so I feel like it translates to the size of a 2 ct on a size 5 if that makes sense lol.

I also have a 3 ct solitaire and definitely like my halo a little better (and think it looks larger.)

They are both beautiful!!! That really is a tough call. I’m drawn to the cushion because it’s larger and, in my opinion, the bigger the better… However, rounds always face up larger than cushions of an equivalent carat weight so that makes me wonder what the specs are on these two renderings. Based on just that picture, I feel like the cushion would either cost considerably more, considering it has to be a larger stone, or that the actual cushion would appear much smaller in real life.
