Winter you’ll be hard pressed to find accommodations for that many people. Camps certainly allow you to have a good amount of guests stay. The Preserve in Tamworth New Husband has some lodging on site but I’m unsure for how many! There is also Whitney’s Inn in Jackson New Husband and they have lodging on site and do winter weddings.

I don’t know if you’d find somewhere that would have rooms for that many people besides doing a hotel near by. My friend got married up in Meredith, New Hampshire at Church Falls on Lake Winni and it had a lot of rooms. It’s like a resort area. The main hotel is Church Landing but then they had a few other locations in very close vicinity- like 5 min walking distance that was a part of them.

Maybe you could look at the Mount Washington hotel too or somewhere close to the mountain but it’ll probably be all clogged up with skiiers and boarders.

slyfox4 :  I went to a wedding at Whitney’s Inn that was really lovely! I don’t think it would fit 150-200 guests though, if I recall they only had 25-30 rooms. I think the best bet for that many people is going to be a large hotel with a ballroom.

The Seaport Boston Hotel is really nice and would likely have enough rooms:

The downside is that they can be a bit pricey, so asking your guests to stay for a whole weekend may be a little unrealistic.

Ok so this is going to be a little out there for what you requested. But, the New England Aquarium.

No on site rooms, but there is a hotel 100 feet away and several others nearby.

Now on to the fun, it is seriously the best. You can do your whole wedding inside if you want (a lot of.people do their reception in the tent out back, but we did the whole thing from ceremony to dancing inside) it is the best.  We got married next to the penguins. They cheered during the vows.  Everyone got to wander around and enjoy the exhibits. It was seriously amazing and fun. Not sure about cozy, but it’s worth a look.

We just got married at the Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa in Whitefield, New Husband last Friday and it was beautiful! We got married in the presidential ballroom and there was a really nice fire going.  Also, beautiful Christmas decorations that we took advantage of in photos.

We didn’t have our reception there (small wedding and our reception was at my friend’s brewery), but I am sure that would have been lovely if we had gone that route.

Happy planning!
